Using this website.
These terms cover your use of starscore.in. They were last updated on 18 October 2026. The site is run by Abhishek Mishra, Gurugram, India. Write to abhishek@starscore.in if something here is unclear.
The site is an introduction
The pages describe a chat agent for estate businesses: answers from your project details, qualification, follow-up, and booking a site visit. Reading them, or sending the form, is a request for a conversation. It is not an agreement that the desk is already running for your business.
Any engagement is agreed separately
If we work together, the scope, timing, and commercial terms are set in writing after that conversation. Nothing on this site is a quote. The sample chat and floor plan are illustrations. They are not client results and not a live lead.
What you send
You agree that the details you submit are accurate, and that you have the right to share them. Do not put a buyer’s, seller’s, or tenant’s personal information in the form unless you are allowed to. How those details are handled is set out in the privacy page.
The site itself
The writing, layout, and name StarScore on this site belong to Abhishek Mishra. You may link to the pages. You may not copy the site and present it as your own. The pages are provided as they are. They can change, and a page can be unavailable, without notice.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, StarScore is not liable for loss arising only from your use of this informational website. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights you have as a consumer or business in your own country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. That choice does not remove mandatory rights or protections you have where you live or where your business is based.
