Plain English Summary: By using StarScore, you agree to use it responsibly and legally. You pay for what you use. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. We are not responsible for changes Google makes to their platform. Your reviews and business data remain yours.
By creating an account or using StarScore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using StarScore on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
StarScore is a SaaS platform that helps Indian small businesses manage their Google Business Profile reviews. The Service provides:
StarScore is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC. The Service depends on Google's APIs, which are subject to Google's own terms and availability.
To use StarScore, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep this information up to date.
You agree to use StarScore only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
Important: Buying fake reviews or incentivising customers with discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews violates Google's policies and may result in your Google Business Profile being penalised. StarScore is designed only to help you request genuine reviews from real customers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use rules without prior notice.
Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes 10 review requests per month and access to the basic dashboard. No payment information is required.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan is available at ₹499/month (INR) or $19/month (USD), billed monthly, or at a discounted annual rate. Pro plan features include unlimited review requests, AI-powered reply suggestions, and full analytics.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and changes will not apply until your next renewal.
StarScore integrates with Google Business Profile via the Google Business Profile API. By connecting your Google account, you authorise StarScore to access your Business Profile reviews and post replies on your behalf.
You can revoke this access at any time from Settings → Google → Disconnect.
Important: StarScore depends on Google's APIs, which are controlled by Google LLC. Google may change, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any disruption, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Google data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Google Business Profile complies with Google's Terms of Service.
StarScore uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate suggested replies to your reviews. These are suggestions only — you review and approve every reply before it is posted to Google.
You acknowledge and agree that:
StarScore's Property — The StarScore platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by StarScore and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it.
Your Property — Your business data, review content, and customer information remain yours. By using StarScore, you grant us a limited licence to use this data solely to provide the Service to you.
Feedback — If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
As-Is Service — StarScore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business outcome, including an increase in reviews or ratings.
No Endorsement of Reviews — StarScore does not endorse or verify the accuracy of any Google reviews. We are a tool to help you manage them — we have no control over what customers write.
Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StarScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification — You agree to indemnify and hold StarScore harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
By You — You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
By Us — We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
We will attempt to give you reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violations. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
If you are located outside India, you agree to submit to Indian jurisdiction for any disputes.
Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StarScore regarding the Service.
Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment — You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
